Short Films - No More
Simple Setup
- Four common situations that takes place in everyday life: freedom, trust, happiness and time and are portrayed in a different but very insightful way.
Techniques - Camera
- Tracking shot of a water fountain running
- Close-ups of cup and saucer shaking with coffee spilling out of the cup - provides the film with a quirky vibe and a sense of realism and increased tension.
Techniques - Editing
- Panning shots for "Freedom", "Trust" and "Happiness" are in freeze to reveal the issues pointed out with more depth prior to becoming live-action.
Narrative
- Short film showing four issues, which reveal how people can be getting on with their daily routine, yet they miss something extraordinary that happens and is intense psychologically.
- "No more" being susceptible and invisible to the world around us.
- "No more" trying to elude the extremes of humanity.
- Video Synopsis: "A piece that explores issues that are unseen to the eye in society everyday. Daily issues are slowed down to demonstrate how the things we don't pay attention to may appear if we did take a closer look."
